At 819 AM PST, heavy rain continues over much of Western Washington.
Rainfall amounts have already brought widespread ponding of water on
roadways along with minor urban and small stream flooding. As this
rainfall continues over the area through the day today, this threat
will persist. In addition...rainfall is also resulting in saturated
soils across the advisory area which will increase the potential for
landslides. Those traveling in and near hilly terrain within the
advisory area are urged use caution as some landslides have already

Bremerton, Puyallup, Centralia, Shelton, Belfair, Carnation, Renton,

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
