It does not have to be.

Simply stop involving them in your business. The reality is that every time the so called "authorities" are contacted, either by you or by someone else, the people that called give them legitimacy. Simply withdraw consent and solve your own problems. Most problems can be resolved without involving the State enforcers, simply by acting like adults. It's not always easy, but it can be done.

By choosing to participate in the Grand Jury ran by Gary Hunt, you agree to abide by the decision they reach. You have given your consent to the grand Jury and have made it legitimate.

On the site they have a listing of state and county organizers. Reference supreme court case Williams v. US (1990)

There may not be an active Grand Jury system in WA state yet, but there is indeed one in existence. Gary Hunt has established a citizens Grand Jury and Common Law Court that operates online. It has been used in the past as a place for patriots to resolve issues between themselves, thus keeping the "man" out of our business. I have participated in a Grand Jury on behalf of the Common Law court in the past.

If they are so easily run off, they will run off when needed. You will find most of us are alpha males. We fight like cats and dogs, but we are all loyal to the cause. I use to fight with everyone and Doc and I have had words in the past, but there is something to be found in fighting with each other and still standing our ground. None of us are perfect, but there are some basic rules. We do our best to not bad mouth other members. We might not agree with their opinions, but we still have to tolerate them and maybe we will grow by understanding their point of view.

Mojo,

This site was created for state recruitment and communications. Unlike WRAM and MMM, this site has limited moderation and very few rules. You both seem to be talking now, but the goal of this site is to help units get started and to help cohesion between units. The 2nd Amendment is a right and a right to protect the other rights and there is really no leadership at the state level. It should be the Governor and there should be a headquarters at the state level, and the state militia should be regulated through the Washington State Legislature, but they have bought into the idea of the National Guard. This only leaves us with a limited state level system to work with for recruitment and communications. I'm just a recruiter and front line troop if need be.

This statement is absolutely not true. I am now going to post the message sent in it's entirety.

From me to Ghost six hours ago.

"There seems to be a rift between us, and I'm not sure what it's about. If I have offended you then I apologize for that. Take the apology in the manor it is given, genuine and sincere.

That being said if you wish to have a future at WSM then you will follow rule number 1. "Thou shall not publicly badmouth a fellow patriot". I have deleted the offending comments and I am issuing you your one and only warning. Do not think that you are the first to receive this warning. If you cannot keep your discourse civil, than kindly find the door. If you violate this rule again, you will be shown the door.

We, the moderators will not allow the WSM page to degenerate into a name calling waste of bandwidth. It has had a chilling effect on the membership here before, and we will not allow it to happen again."

This is not a new rule here. We do not publicly badmouth each other. If there is a disagreement, then it should be settled in private. This site should not degenerate into exactly what is happening now. This is a distraction, an embarrassment to us as free men, and an excellent way to waste valuable time and energy that can be spent getting together.

The reason for rule number one should be obvious.

I stand by my apology to Ghost for whatever offense I may have given him, but I refuse to accept responsibility for his leaving this site. The reality is that if you cannot play nice in the sandbox, then you need to find another sandbox.

Mojo: I know nothing of  your group being deleted. If you want a group to be established I can help you with that, I can put you into the county list.

I want everyone to get along, and us to stand as brothers for freedom. Nothing more.

Mojo:

Actually that was not me, that was one of my guys. That particular gentleman is a diehard patriot, and a brother to me. I'm not sure what exactly happened, all I know is what I was told and the email I received from you. If we are not your thing, I understand. Not everyone is and that's OK. I wish you nothing but the best, and I hope you have success in the future. I told you that in my email and I meant it. I still do.
