ALL UNITS IN THE 1ST BATTALION AREA OF OPERATIONS (AO) THAT WISH TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A UNIT WILL ADOPT THESE STANDARDS AND WILL STRIVE TO REACH THEM.

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed an uptick of JBLM flights - particularly the last two months over Gig Harbor, KPN and here in Bremerton? I don't remember this much activity, this far north.

As we previously discussed, the 42nd will be more than happy to help with training.

With your input we will set a date for the first medical training event. This will be after the first of the year.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to chime in here on my progress in King county and wanting to take on the 1st Northwest Battalion. My particular group has gone up and down just like anyone else's. I am the lead for Black Horse Militia. I saw that it was becoming a issue to get people to join so I reached out to groups in other counties. Right now I network with two other groups solid, but those numbers are rising. So are the number of people who want to join my group. I would like to be part of the 1st northwest battalion, but I will be honest, I need help with my group and recruiting. I have a lot of people that want to join, but at a rate that it's hard to keep up with and view each person as needed. Don't want wack jobs in the mix. So with that said, Please fill me in on all that I need to know and who is in the area that has skill sets that will help my group along with the whole battalion.

In the North end of King County/ South Snohomish (although we do have members in the south) the 42nd AIG is actively recruiting. If anyone is in this area and is looking for a group, shoot us an email at: 42aig@hushmail.com and we will contact you.

I have had good luck with meeting at a coffee house/restaurant and then planning a more from there. It gives us a chance to see what  we have to offer one another. I did not  have an active group in my area, so I  started one. We are having a good time helping each other. Good luck!
